And between the two, it was bugging me the whole time, but it’s definitely gotta be Zange, yeah? In Chapter 0, Melami and Pucci’s corpses were burned to a degree that they were still easily identifiable. We’ve got two primary old guy characters, Zange and Number One. The other thing that stands out is Kurumi’s grandpa, who left prior to Kanai Ward’s isolation, and who she believes is alive.

Feels like Kurumi was just using Aiko’s death as an excuse to get Yuma involved in what was about to go down, all the way to ensuring he was in the audience to witness Karen’s murder.

There’s no evidence of it whatsoever, whereas Aiko has plenty of evidence indicating she was best friends with Yoshiko, Karune, and Waruna. In particular, I’m wondering if she was ever actually best friends with Aiko, or even friends at all. I don’t even know if this game will have a “mastermind”, but it is a Kodaka game, so… Kurumi is super suspicious, right? She’s gone and appeared now in Chapter 3 so presumably she’s a major character moving forwards, so she’s definitely on the table as a suspect.
